Obviously has some issues with fielding and endurance, but will be a very handy T20 batsman for me next season...

After many seasons of pulling USA players, producing players chosen regular for USA Youth and so on, owing to the *unprintable* actions of the current USA U20 Manager I have stopped pulling USA players while this *unprintable* manager steps down. He is supposed to encourage and foster Managers to Pull USA players. In my case he is unable/unwilling to do that. The sad thing is, the USA are not exactly the most supported country, and he's just lost one of their staunchest supports. Well done you

This season USA have more great youth recruits than any other nation, 10 more than Australia on the youth recruit table...

No idea whats happened, but looks like the manager is doing a great job no ? Or are we missing something?

@Eepan To clear the air, this so called supporter of USA recruits from USA and trains them for his club with only primaries and no fielding - when we request him to train for NAT, he replies rudely saying it’s his player and his club he will do what he wants and doesn’t want to help NAT in any way - fair enough- no objections on that. So this so called supporter wants to take part in all USA youth pull leagues created by management of USA U20 and get those rewards but doesn’t want to help NAT in any way. So how is that fair - he has a right to not train players for NAT, Similarly we have rights on whom to allow and whom not to allow in our competitions. I’ll end my argument here.

well I am glad that you are not taking sides, and far be if from me to call the current u21 manager a liar regarding me NOT training my USA players in Fielding but for reasons of clarity I have revealed a number of my USA youth players across my two sides, it seems that he's not been telling the truth wouldnt you say ? Anyway his whole attitude stinks, he wanted one player of mine to be taken from average to Reliable training, at 20 years old. This was a waste of time in my experience, the player would certainly have reached Reliable Fie BUT he would be fixed at Expert Bowling, therefore rendering him useless at u21 level AND useless for my squad. I pointed this out to him and his response was *whats your academy level* To be honest I wasnt keen on this question. It suggests I dont know how long players take to train. Been playing since Season 1, so I do thanks. So I replied saying, my academy level is my business, and things descended from then on. HOWEVER i did not stop pulling USA players. Its possible that in his limited mind he might have spotted I had a decent player and things might have been smoothed over. But sadly then he decided not to allow me into his Youth tournament. When I objected to that, he got abusive actually, So thats all I needed to know about him. And thats why I no longer pull USA.

Fairs yeah im literally supporting Nepal, looking at the youth recruit table, shocked to see USA over Australia wanting to see what the teams with more than 100 good recruits are doing

Definitely best to report if messages are that serious

From hearing you it proves why you have to listen to both sides of the story

But I won't post again, just shocked at what was happening
