Youth Recruit Competition Returns!

Its been a while a time has come indeed, a return of Youth Recruit Competition for Netherlands.
Don't know if this would be my last tenure as a manager but surely a competition is a worth it for a Dutch future.

Rule First,
1) A team should pull at least 14 youth players in 14 weeks to get on to the competition.
2) A player gets registered only at 16.0 of age, if you ever missed recruit and wanted to add the player in next week, that won't be counted. It's hard to get real rating so that's only the case.

Let's go for the prize.
3 month Membership for the Best pull
1 month Membership for the worst Pull
1 month Membership for at least 14 youth pull for one random person

And with the participants of Season 66 youth pull competition, a friendly competition will be organized in the next season 67. The top 8 with the highest numbers of youth pull will participate in the competition.
There will be a competition for a Dutch league players in the mid week for both Seniors and Youths.

Just for clarification, do I need to keep holding on to the players I pull even if they are bad? Or can I fire them after a few days?
