Injury

Any plans to introduce injury in the game? It'll add another layer of realism to the game. In the match orders, a select two or three can be pre-picked as an order of replacements.

I don’t like it as I think it’s another deterrent for the casual players who log in once or twice a week and don’t check every games orders immediately prior to lock.

I wouldnt mind the very fatigued players needing to be rested and getting a filler to play if you don't have enough players

I wouldn't object to a small tweak with endurance to make it harder than current to keep regular players with low endurance at rested as the season progresses.

Can this be done within the current game mechanics? Just make it so that players from say moderate fatigue onwards basically can’t perform anywhere near their level.

As a player who got caught out by fatigue early on I think the idea of treating fatigue as a pseudo injury has legs, even if the fatigued player doesn't.

Fatigue is something that needs managing anyway, this has the opportunity to make it more explicit. This means there is actually a reason to have a squad, adding a dimension to management.

It would be helpful to have a fatigue / injury warning flagged on the overview page and this was help newbies, as I was, to pick up on it.

Yeah I would like it if at the time of the weekly training update, players have a % chance of injury occurring which rules them out for 7 days. But the % chance has to be a flat 0 (no, not 1 or 0.1, 0.00) for fatigue levels up until like satisfactory. Then injury chance can kick in at moderate.

Either that or make player performance fall away even harder than it currently does when there's bulk fatigue on players
