What if we allowed Nat side friendlies on more days throughout the season and formed a T20 comp to play matches Wednesdays and Saturdays for 10 or so weeks of the season? The draw could still allow breaks for OD tours to be held throughout the season. The T20 players would still be available for all club matches.
Is it something that could be viable?

Re: Nat T20 suggestion
Personally I hate the idea of Nats competitive matches every week (or most weeks).
Don’t get me wrong, I love the Nats side of the game but four weeks and competitive orders take time and energy. I love the ability to switch off from the Nats side of the game for a week or two completely between tours.

Just here to contribute a few cracking commentary lines and spend hours on the transfer market.
