Hattrick has an option where new players can pick a mentor to be assigned to, and the game then chooses one from the pool of mentors they have.

Maybe something like this could be implemented in FTP as well?

I'd volunteer for that.

You could have volunteers for language options too. Like Indian, Urdu etc.
