Top recruit with a nice talent, depending on the academy he's a cert to make the England U20 squad at the very least. I usually find players of this quality with dreadful experience pop very quickly, fingers crossed. Of course it all depends on how much game time you can give him to start with.

Nice player, I agree with the fielding but I'd leave the power training until he hits seniors.I assume you want to train him as a bowler?
Then I'd be onto bowling training straight after fielding.

given he's a prodigy i'd be very tempted to go bat with the accumulator talent. needs game time quickly ideally. Nice player! (and yes get the fielding up to at least capable first)

He will play twice a week with the youngsters and he will play bowling.
After, Fielding, I will choose maybe all rounder. He is a prodigy, so why not.

Ya called it - he just popped to poor after playing two games (YT20 and YOD)

EDIT : Should add that he's off to a flier, with pops in bat, tech and a couple in fielding already.
