Would appreciate some advice on how to train an AR.

I have this RFS AR (link above, skills are revealed). Lavish academy. Not sure whether he'll ever be a psycho but he's the only AR I have and can do the job till I promote to higher divisions, I guess. He just popped on power and I have put him back on AR training ...but am keen to understand what is the best way to make sure that he doesn't fall too behind on either skill.

For his age he's quite behind but as he's only helping you up the divisions of put him on bowling training.
As he's a FSer he won't need power but is obviously handy for his batting.
Then once your promote re evaluate your by checking out the strength of your oppositions teams and decide weather to upgrade or not

Thanks. Yeah he is an outlier in my squad ...I started out buying 20yos at the beginning of last season but could not get an AR, so bought him as a stop gap till I find someone better or younger. The talents are nice too.
Is Rel batting adequate for a No.7 in Div.3? I'll probably promote this season from Div 4 and, looking at the ratings of teams, likely to stay there for some time till my players get better.

I'd keep him on Batting and tech training till he's outstanding then maybe look at some more power.
As you say he'll never be anything fancy but I'm guessing he will do the job for you in your Divisions
