Hey Samir,
Not being part of the nat.managementteam, but I see you posted this several days ago.
Your player is not even close to being considered for nat.duty.
Primaries need to be at least except/except and endurance miles higher/better than his otherwise there is nu use picking him for a tour.
So I would say a lot of work and patience needed to see whether he will have a chance later....

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. When I posted, I knew he wouldn't stand a chance, but I wanted to understand the minimum requirements because I couldn't find any. There can be many reasons why that isn't posted of course. If he improves to what you've posted, then I'll update here although that seems to be difficult seeing his progression.
