I wonder what would happen if someone reported the first post and asked them to sticky the topic that way ...

According to rules Linking to websites without reason (including referral links) is not allowed. Links that are relevant to the topic are of course allowed.

So I think that link to offsite won't cause any problem.
Not what I meant. I'm not being a turd (my words) and making a joke about getting posts deleted and threads locked. I meant for the purpose of getting it stickied.

But PMing a MOD would probably be the quickest way anyway.
