Is he anywhere near the U19 squad right now? I know his tech is off putting but do the high secondaries help his case at all?
Can't see him making it mate, like you said nice secondaries, but batting and tech need work, cheers

Batting needs work? I have two bats in the squad with less batting than him

Think Robh has chucked the u/19 manager post, no squad selected for the upcoming tour, and last tour no orders were set in some games, not good

The point is, he is the manager, at times i have set orders only for Robh to come on and change them, i don't mind that cause it's his perogotive, so next game i leave the orders alone thinking he will set them only for no orders to be set at all, i can't be on here 24hrs a day just incase. I have messaged him about non selection of sqauds etc but got no reply, that's why i think he has lost intrest.

As for setting orders or running the nation as an Assistant, I can completely relate after the past couple of seasons. It's not that you can't do it, it's that in your mind you didn't take on a managers role, you took on an assistants role - probably with more intention to discuss and critique players and performances and orders rather than to be the one who's tasked with deadlines and pressure to perform. If you go in with an assistants mentality, being asked to be the pseudo manager is quite a difficult shift to make sometimes.
Totally agree mate, it's a pity Robh is not as active, like you said maybe he does'nt have the same time anymore, if he had managed to message me to say take over running the Nat side for now i'd have known where we stood for planning etc until the EOS. I'll take on a caretaker role until i hear otherwise.
This week iv'e set the orders for all games, god knows how we have managed 2 wins and could have been 3, we have no keeper and about 10 bowlers, 6 of which are spinners for pitches uneven, green & hard  :wall
