I personally attack fielding when they are 16 and it works well, however bowl tech would do fine.
Plz try to give him as many matches as you can.

I am ecstatic that jfam4 has given me opportunity as U19 nat assistant. From now on I will be totally committed to this section of the forum.
I have asked quite a few managers requesting me to hire me as an assistant but unfortunately I have been turned down by most. So this is really a big break for me. Wish me luck.
