Would any of the Scotland crew be interested in my Youth Pull from today:

16y0w | 27,484 rating | $1,250 wage (5% discount)
Right hand batsman | Right arm Medium
Talents Skilled (Technique)
Nationality Scotland Scotland
Form reasonable
Fatigue rested
Experience poor
Captaincy reasonable
Skills Summary
Batsman average
Bowler ordinary
Keeper ordinary
Allrounder ordinary
Skills
Batting reasonable Endurance ordinary
Bowling ordinary Technique ordinary
Keeping ordinary Power average
Fielding ordinary

I don’t really have space to train him, as have a plan in place for my current youth team, and at full training capacity now. What do you guys think. Someone with a high level youth academy to take him on as a future international player?

Was looking for an Allrounder pull today and got this:

16y0w | 23,244 rating | $851 wage (5% discount)
Left hand batsman | Right arm Medium
Talents Accumulator, Skilled (Power)
Nationality Scotland Scotland
Form reasonable
Fatigue rested
Experience poor
Captaincy ordinary
Skills Summary
Batsman ordinary
Bowler ordinary
Keeper poor
Allrounder ordinary
Notes
Skills
Batting ordinary Endurance average
Bowling ordinary Technique average
Keeping poor Power dreadful
Fielding poor

Quite a decent pull for me. Is it best to put on Allrounder training and just leave him there?

I think he’d be better off as just a batsmen imo. Fielding will take awhile to sort and by then he’s to far behind for AR

Left hand batsman | Right arm Medium
Talents Prodigy, Seam Specialist
Nationality Scotland
Form reasonable

Experience dreadful
Captaincy capable

Notes
Skills
Batting average Endurance ordinary
Bowling dreadful Technique reasonable
Keeping poor Power average
Fielding average

Well it's about time, first good pull in 22 weeks! Only downside is that my Youth team is kind of over-run with left handers. Not complaining though with my favourite batting talent and good starting levels. Not sure if he's potential NAT quality, not great at guessing how far he is between avg and reas batting from the wage.

Plan is Fielding to Reasonable, then hitting Batting to see where he is on that. Will be getting matches reasonably earlier as have a spare space for a batsmen in my youth team.

Easily Nat material with those talents. Will probably get spec primaries depending on how much fielding you give him before 21

Tell me about it! I have a 'Lavish' academy (level 9 out of 11) and haven't had a 20k recruit in the last 10 weeks (last 3 have been 12k, 11k & 10k). 25 weeks since I've had a player I'd consider developing for my first team!
