For your consideration.....

16 years | 27,303 rating | $1,473 wage (5% discount)
Right hand batsman | Right arm Finger spin
Talents Old Ball Bowler, Finisher
Nationality Scotland
Form reasonable
Fatigue energetic
Experience dreadful
Captaincy poor

Notes
Skills
Batting reasonable Endurance ordinary
Bowling reasonable Technique average
Keeping average Power poor
Fielding poor

Current plan is to train fielding to Reasonable, and then train as an all rounder. Pity about the high keeping skill, but there was no point training him as a keeper and wasting the bowling skill and talent.

I’d go Batsmen. Everything else will struggle with that poor tech
