Timing of pulling youth players no longer matters that much given the change to the age - all recruits are now 16 years and 0 weeks. From a Nat manager perspective, it is better to get good recruits early in the season since they can play at the WC (assuming you qualify).

A tech gap and low fielding (and no power).... he is good but once those are fixed he won't be a stand out - I for one am not paying the 400k you want for him!
