Hey Guys,
A bit out of the loop with standards for U-20's (was U-19 when I managed) was wondering if this guy was likely to be needed?
And if so, do you want some Strength Training?

Hey mate

I would advise managers against training strength before they are 23/24.

If I were in your shoes I’d look at a few fielding pops to accomp, which should also pop the tech, then put back onto bowling training.

The bowlers touring at the moment to give some context are exp/exp primaries with reli+ fielding. Prodigy talents helps however the training speed is largely impacted by your youth academy level.
FYI he is Exp/Exp with Acc Fielding now and then a week strength session popped End and Power. I guess too old to be of any use? (20.09 now)

Decent player but is a little way off U20 standard - all our bowlers on tour have at least an expert summary. Since we have not made the T20 WC, I don't think he will make a tour now as our next tour is next season.

Keep on pulling Kenyan 16 year olds and I am sure you will strike gold in the future.

Whilst week zero pulls are not so highly sought following the age change, it is always good to get a couple of good ones:

Tech is his issue - you will need to train bat / tech and some fielding as well as keep/bat. I would do that early to get his tech up.

I would put him on fielding for most of the season (he needs it and it will help with his tech gap)
