Good player. If you have a high level of academy then you could go for an a/r - fielding to reas then bowl tech (if tech is still average / below bowling). Once tech is above bowling, switch to a/r and fielding training on alternate weeks until fielding is reliable. If your academy is average then just go bowler - same as above but bowling instead of a/r.
If you academy is at the lower end - definitely sell him (and possibly if average too!)
