So when working this out do you use the the 999 number instead, or still the 000?

Eg: Would I assign Ordinary 3000 or 3999?
as crowfan stated, 3000
ordinary skill has a rating between 3000 and 3999, you use 3000 and any rating above this contributes to the spare ratings.

World Cup Question/Trophy:

Does the winning touring squad (or XI) receive individual trophy for this at end of season?

Your keeper is only receiving 40% of his training while his fatigue is at exhausted. Have a look in the manual to read up on it. With a Meagre academy and the fatigue penalty he is hardly improving.

opening innings with wicketkeeper is not advisable .....

as I said last time, ya need to work on your fatigue management ...

so basically if ya see any of your players with passable+ fatigue on match day, better give him/them a rest and use youth players (which ya got in plenty)

Thats hard to compare, different leagues have a different 'pass mark' by those standards.

2000 runs and 100 wickets is a LOT. I don't even have 1 player with 2000 runs or 100 wickets over a very long time.

Those stats would require a lot of bot bashing, and therefore not really reliable stats

I have 7 players in my current senior squad who reached that criteria, 4 who scored more than 2000 runs and three that took more than 100 wickets. Mind you I play them from 16 prioritizing experience over results. My Nat Lasher took 125 wickets.
