My question is what training do I give guy out so I get a final pop on his keeping, tech and fielding and perhaps his batting? ( Batting not important)

Lux Acad
Looking at his training history, he would have been on keeper-bat training from 13-Jan until 31-Mar when keeping popped, then switched to fielding training to pop fielding on 28-Apr.

By my calcs, sublevels (min) would be:
batting ~660 , Tech ~760 , Keep ~850 , Field ~370

I would expect keeping to pop in 3 weeks on keeper-bat
Then expect tech to pop in a further 4 weeks on batting
Batting to pop in the next 3 weeks on batting
Fielding for another 4 weeks

Then when he turns 26, be ready for strength training.
Hey that is great work, I will post up here when those pops come

Thanks

Keeping popped first as suggested

Plenty of spares so hopefully I will see that bat and tech come up soon.
Wage change at eos will be a good indicator methinks

Tech popped in June.

Seeing I will never sell is it worth pushing the bat/tech for another season before power and endurance?

I know it wont pop but I can return there once he hits 28.

If power was a bit higher I’d say train 1 week bat 2 weeks tech 1 w bat 2 w tech until 24 but low power and endo, I’d get him on strength straight away

Right hand batsman | Right arm Finger spin
Talents Sturdy, Gifted (Batting)

Place a bid:
Skills
Batting average Endurance reasonable
Bowling ordinary Technique reasonable
Keeping ordinary Power poor
Fielding poor

Please suggest on the training regime. I am thinking Fielding to Capable and start working on Batting. But the Gifted(Batting) is kind of leaning me towards get the batting up at young age.

I would go fielding to your desired level (cap/reli) then batting/batting tech all the way

Yeah, that low power is a pisser.

He is a bit of a late order thrasher which has kept his strikerate decent but I get the fielding that this season he will out in the middle a tad earlier than usual.

How low is the academy?

Rowan is easy. Fielding to capable then bat tech/batting.

Buchanan on the other hand, again always train fielding to at least capable at 16 as thats when it trains fastest. I'd then do either batting or bowling depending on what your team needs, he has talents for both. He isn't good enough to be an all-rounder though.

Thanks Kaidus. Good to know they are good enough to train.
Will train Buchanan as a batter because I already have enough spinners, and I like that Boundary Hitter thing more anyway :D
Thanks again for the advice.
