Hi all,

I've played cricket most my life and have had a good read (multiple times) of the manual so have a fairly good understanding of what's going on. Would like to talk to someone with experience in FTP about optimal tactics (when to attack/defend etc).

Also, would like to know if the different ability levels (ordinary, reliable, etc) have increments within them. If I sort my players by batting ability, does the accomplished player in 1st row have a higher batting skill than the accomplished player in 2nd? Or do all my accomplished batsmen have the same batting level?

More in general - do people pick up these mentor request posts - I've noticed the last couple of requests are from manager who seem to have stopped logging on. Wondering if we are missing a trick here encouraging new managers?
