Around 14 seasons. Players keep improving from training til they reach 30 and then start to decline.
South Africa U19 Manager seasons 38-41
SA Senior Manager seasons 59-60
Boscorp Cross season 14 - current

I daresay this has been asked a hundred times but, if there's a FAQ, I've managed to miss it.
Do players have skill caps, or could any of my squad theoretically be trained to the maximum?

No skill caps as far as I'm aware. So (theoretically at least) players can be trained to the max skill level.

the only caps are outstanding for captaincy and form, and legendary for the others.

Field to reliable/accom (depending on academy) then bowl/tech until he turns 21

More of a general question. What are training times approximately?
For example with inadequate facilities? With Deluxe facilities? And how expensive would be deluxe (the game manual doesn't say about the building to deluxe one-time costs, but only the routine maintenance costs)?
Thanks
