Thanks for the feedback guys.
Of course,

, I forgot to mention that he also has
Skilled (Keeping) talent which further piqued my curiosity.
I suppose another question pops out of that little addendum -
Is the skilled talent reflected in the skill and/or skill summary level (and for good measure, is it a constant, or a proportion of skill level) ?
I've revealed his skills if anyone wants to take a gander -

thats the million dollar question, as a rule of thumb most managers stay within 2 levels for fielding
A lot of managers try to keep virtually all skills within 2 levels with most players. (maybe they play better... I dunno.)
Fielding has very little impact on a wicketkeepers summary. The quickest way to improve the keeper summary is to improve keeping, tech and endurance.
A summary over world class in keeping is a bit of a rarity.

Apologies if this has already been asked and explained ad nauseam, is there a breakdown of the impact of academy levels?
I'm currently sitting on a Satisfactory academy and if I were to train a 21yo player on Batting, I'd see approximately a 200 overall rating increase per week.
Would Deluxe push that way up to 320 per week? (10% increase per level from Satisfactory to Deluxe) Or is it a smaller buff, and I'd see something like 212? (1% increase per level from Satisfactory)
The wording in the manual is fairly ambiguous:
Academy Level: Indicates the overall quality of your academy. Each academy level above non-existent gives your players a small training boost.

Academy levels increase by 3% based on a minimal level academy, from +0% to +30% at deluxe.
The game manual should update 'non-existent' to minimal.
Are you sure that ~200 rating increase was on a 21yo? It is for a 16yo in a satisfactory academy on batting training.
Here is a table from interpolation of data, for a 16yo training batting for each academy using the 3% above minimal.
Deluxe is at 234, minimal is at 181.

I pulled 200 out of my backside to make the numbers easier to explain.
Thanks heaps for that graph, makes planning out the age profile & academy investment much easier!
