How wages are calculated

Is anyone able to give a rundown on how wages are calculated? Are all skills at the same rate? does experience count? Any help is appreciated.

A player's wage is based on 6 skills - batting, bowling, technique, keeping, power and fielding.

Each skill is given a wage weighting with batting and bowling being the highest - batting/bowling 10, technique 5, keeping 4, power/fielding 2.
Each skill level is also contributed to a number increasing exponentially from poor to legendary, sublevels included.
The wage is just the aggregation of the 6 skills, with a minimum wage.

This along with the training chart on page 50 of the Quick questions v4 thread (I hope someone who knows how to retrieve it from there can make it more easily accessible to everyone somehow) are both invaluable to new managers getting started and also useful to those who have been playing for a while like me.
