That guy is a monster and the keeping is fine as only be ordinary, unless you want a keeper!

If you don't mind me asking, what academy do you have?

Are you thinking pure batsmen or an all rounder of sorts if you are keeping him.

I'm purely HG so I'd be looking to keep him, and I have no idea of the TM value of players nowadays. With that academy I'd probably be looking to sell though if I were you.

At first glance I thought same as you, 'shame about the talent'. But putting him into Keeper Bat training is probably the smart play

He's that much of a monster that he could be any type of player he needs.

I'll be honest, I've already got a couple of really good young keeper batsmen coming through and as he has got about 3.5k of spare attribute points, I am hoping a fair amount of them are on both bat and bowl, so I am going to train him as a bowling all-rounder (he's got really good starting power and I really like LFM on this game). My academy is deluxe so he should be trainable to a really decent level I reckon.

I have another lad on my main team (Terence Horn) who was 28.9k when pulled with Prodigy talent, he is genuinely a monster and I reckon should be about 58-59k rated by the time he turns senior:
