How to use finger spinners?

I look at finger spinners in a similar way to a medium, a defensive bowling type. They are probably a bit more useful as there are only 2 types of spin bowler.

I recruit a young finger spinner every 5 seasons for my senior season. Would you go for an AR each time or would you alternate between a specialist and an AR?

I'm happy to have my fs as a pure bowler. I feel I get better results from my bowlers who don't bat.

However they come is fine.

My all-rounders are always more in the 'bowling all-rounder' mould over 'genuine' or 'batting' all-rounders. Bowling is the one thing they have to do, so they should be able to do that about as well as the pure-bowlers.

My affiliate team's all-rounders happen to be finger spinners. My main team's main ARs are a medium pacer and a LWS with a FM coming through and a promising medium pace bowling youth. Historically my main team have had success with dedicated finger spinners, AR finger spinners, and ARs of different types (Wristies, mediums, and FMs, only thing we've never had is a F-AR).
