Game retention is still average
Managers, teams, affiliates and members are very consistent, and have been for some time

So you closed 92 accounts and 10 affiliates .
Did any of the 119 new accounts open affiliates?
Fist up “we” didn’t close 92 accounts and 10 affiliate’s, that’s manager’s leaving the game and the team going bot, we only closed 10.

We are more interested in the actual accounts opened and closed and the one’s we’ve closed for playing outside the lines in which there was the 10, plus 2 managers who asked us to close there accounts, giving us +15 accounts over the course of last season.
As for affiliate team’s it’s not something easily counted over the course of a season as any manager in the game can open one, as for the 119 new accounts 5 opened affiliate teams, having said that we don’t see a lot of new managers opening affiliate’s until they’ve played for a while, set a team up and gotten used to the game.

Aside from the fine is there any other penalties imposed on the manager/club caught cheating?
Having their supporters reset, demoted to div5 and then transported to Australia may help as a deterrence.

No, they stopped limiting it to the Irish and British and opened up to all nationalities.

Seriously, why isn't demotion and a reduction in supporters considered?

Given we close teams for major violations
Fairly large fines for most of the others, I am not sure that level of penalty is necessary

I don't consider fines of 100k, 150k and 300k to be fairly large at all and for the number of repeat offenders it hasn't been too effective.
Demotion and supporter loss is not too harsh for cheating and may have more impact.

you think that a 200k fine when you only have 400k is little
The number of repeat offenders is normally with different accounts too
You demote them which is tuff mid-season and remve supporters they will quit and start a new acct anyway
In recent mths we have had very few repeat offenders by the way
Cyrus and the change to stop linked teams bidding on players has helped immensely

I maintain a div 1 club,my balance is around 300k and a one off fine of 150k would be a nuisance....for that week.
For some it may mean a drop in academy level, others may have to sell a trainee to cover the fine. A fine would be much easier than starting again.
That's my opinion but your system is working.

True, your probably right.
It's easier to fine them half their cash on hand and keep it anonymous. Anything more and they probably wouldn't come back and play.
