Highest Rated Youth Player Ever?

Bit of a random topic and I'm not sure if this is something that admin have kept track of over the years. I'm curious at to the highest rating a player has been in his final week as a qualified youth player? Even happy to hear shout outs from members

game doesnt store historical rtgs unfortunately but i assume some wk and ar would be in the running
I seem to recall 60k on maybe Primmer
Chandra Warakagoda was almost 63k at 22.01

Primmer was an absolute monster. Aus has always had huge WKs but they had Charles, Holyfield and Dew kept out the team by Primmer.
