Not much at all. Your player is three years older and needs major primary training, which trains a LOT slower at age 28-29 than it does at 25-26. TBH I think you'll be lucky to get 10k, maybe 25k if someone likes LF and the trigger talent. You should have stopped strength training at Outstanding and gone back to primaries at the start of the season IMO.
