Neither are good IMO. I would let both go so they can get some game time and maybe turn into ok players. The first one might be to late.

Agreed, experience is too low, especially on the 24yr old. If he plays 2 games a week from now until he's 30 he could be a D2/D1 batsman, but never a NAT.

I'd get rid of them both.
