Beautiful win today - too many nations rating over 270k, form needs a revisit. Hopefully, we can stay up despite inferior match ratings!

div 1 4 on the first day 3 on the second
div 2 3 then ZERO

It can't be denied that the changes in form have increased ratings. For your benefit, I've compared the MR's from the 2nd SOD tour in S46 to the 2nd SOD tour in S47, using the first 2 days as a sample.

Great win vs England today despite an inferior MR (20k disadvantage). Very close to ensuring division 1 status and WC qualification, we just need 1 more win to all but guarantee it!

Not the result we wanted - fair play to Kenya, they gave us a difficult score to chase. Messed up the orders today, I overestimated the opponent and overthought the orders (I will have to be more complacent the next time we play Kenya).
Anyways, big game tomorrow. 14 points this tour already (decent enough) - however, it would be nice to ensure WC qualification with a win tomorrow.

Disappointing to relegate on NRR but in 3 games we haven't been competitive, so we can't complain.
Credit to NZ in particular on another Div 1 title and to Kenya for ending their impressive winning run. Hopefully, next season we can qualify for the WC, which we are still in a good place to do and hopefully make gains in 20/20.
Thanks for your support,
TM

Infuriating loss vs Canada today. Looking as if we were heading towards a comprehensive victory with at the time a decent chance of promotion only to lose due to a spectacular collapse.
This stuff can happen on Day 5, but still very frustrating. Anyways, we didn't relegate, so I guess this tour is a meh/so so.

Very unlucky...Zimbabwe 3rd again, seems like thats a recurring pattern.
Think it was still a good tour as you live to fight another day and W/C points in the bag

I've been left in charge of our upcoming T20 tour, so if it all goes wrong you can blame me and if it's a success you can praise TopManager for leaving me in charge. We have 4 hard pitches and 1 dry, do there should be a lot of runs scored.

Re: Zimbabwe Senior National Discussion
Hi folks,
Just providing a status update to the 4/5 people (I presume) who may be interested. We have finished all our tours this NAT cycle. We find ourselves in Division 2 for SOD and Division 3 for 20/20. In essence, I'm happy with how we have performed in the SOD tours which have led to both comfortable WC qualification as well as a good opportunity for the next Zimbabwe manager to qualify for the next SOD WC. However, evidently, we have been less successful in 20/20. I don't want to attach too much weight to the notion that 20/20 is a lottery. The result speaks for themselves, we haven't been very good in this format - I would suggest this is due to a combination of a Batsman with sub-par power coupled with tactical order mistakes - hopefully, the next Zimbabwe manager can fare better.

This tour, we have managed to stay in Division 2, we could have promoted had it not been for 2 narrow losses vs Netherlands & Kenya.
Now WC cup preparation begins. I intend to make sure all training plans are in good order and we prepare for the WC in the best possible way before my tenure ends.
