- Was really disappointed with how the tour ended, but pulled up some stats to put it in perspective, as everything seemed to go against us

- On our worst pitches we were only the better team once, game 2 against India and only because they bowled 5 spinners, if they'd have bowled a seamer we would have been outranked every game

- We only had two players in the top 30, with in the five 30 - 50 range, which just isn't good enough to promote

- The positives are that our spinners will mature in time for the final tour / world cup,

- Then the two relegated teams from OD2 have really struggled match ratings wise, compared to the 2 promoted teams, Pakistan & Scotland

- So we'll set up to push for promotion next time, knowing we need promotion for world cup qualification hopes!

- Won the T20 rights as we need to ensure qualification for the last T20 WC, So we'll push for promotion there as well!

Cheers mate, hopefully the last tour of pain, before we have a better balanced squad,

but against 5 top teams this tour, things might get ugly

After successfully winning the hosting rights, we’ll be competing in front of our home fans in division 2 for the T20I tour!

Below are the squad of players selected to represent Zimbabwe:

Image Antonie Wylie (The Hurlutown Partnership)
Image Eddie Davids (Harare Hammers)
Image Moaner Mash (Staindrop Village CC)
Image Regis Sawu (Staindrop Rockets)
Image Tsweu Mahlunge (Crimson Tide)

Image Theuns Harrop (North Cunnett CC)
Image Simbarashe Ndlovu (The Collywobblers)
Image Rudzani Dwanqube (The Cricket Club)
Image Trent Ontong (Kudos)

Image Ngonidzashe Hove (TheChosenOne)
Image David Stuurman (The Collywobblers)

Image Godfrey Gombami (Camberwell Carrots)
Image Mkhanyiseli Chiwira (Vivi)
Image Leo Maruma (Unusual Suspects)
Image Norman Kaondera (Ffoh)
Image Kerry Rathie (The Collywobblers)
Image Pinkie Baylis (Vudu Blasters)
Image Oscar Tett (Worralls Wizards)

Matchday 1 vs Bermuda U20 - Uneven
Matchday 2 vs West Indies U20 - Hard
Matchday 3 vs Pakistan U20 - Hard
Matchday 4 vs Kenya U20 - Even
Matchday 5 vs Canada U20 - Uneven

Only 2 first choice pitches throws our plans out of the window!

Lopsided squad as form is weak comparatively and bowling unit continues to be weak, hopefully next tour they’ll mature,

We’ll just have to try our best and see.
