Re: Senior NAT Discussion
We have been a bit dross this season. Started off this twenty-20 tour well with a nifty win, and another victory in game number four. Had an outward chance at promotion had we won game five. 18 overs in, we had them (Bermuda) 90-odd for 7, looking set for an easy chase before leaking 20 and a bit off the last couple and failing to chase and ending at an unflattering fifth position. Got a lot to rework and rethink, thanks for allowing us to tour your lads. We'll be heading down under for one dayers in a couple weeks, cheers.

Re: Senior NAT Discussion
tough tourney.
a massive loss to sri lanka day 1 gave them enough of a nrr advantage to pip us by 5 runs on net run rate. i am also petty enough to point out that if we scored three runs more that game, we would also probably be through over them. gutting loss, decent tournament.
tughtikin continued to be impressive, ilghazi and antoine impressed with the bat, so did murray and kerbogha. Gabriel managing to pick up a fifer on a flatty meant he was able to showcase solid numbers despite averse conditions.
thanks for allowing us to tour your players as always.

Re: Senior NAT Discussion
Thanks to the community for electing me as manager. Over the next week or so, we'll be revising the squad in plenty of time for the first tour.
If anyone has questions or a player they think should be in the squad, please post here or mail me in game.
Lastly, quirky has agreed to stay on as assistant and DJFrancis is also joining the management team.

Re: Senior NAT Discussion
You can follow the Windies senior team in their quest for the Div 1 title. In game 1 with 4 debutants, the Windies sneaked home against England by 3 wickets. Eye catching performances from Challenor & Kenda.
Game 2 against the USA is at 04:30 FTP time.
And one for quirky, the Windies supporters could be heard chanting "under new management". Whilst I'll probably regret that, our ratings were competitive, so we go into game 2 with confidence.

those supporters have been begging for a release from my tyranny of picking whichever nine could chuck down at 90mph. atleast they are chanting again, and not chewing through their fingernails

Re: Senior NAT Discussion
The 2nd game against the USA was rather turgid and, batting first, we didn't make enough runs. So back down the table and our NRR has taken quite a big hit.
Debuts for Elliott & Hinds who both scored 20s. Next match is against India (who have won both their games) on Uneven/Humid.

Re: Senior NAT Discussion
Game 3 has come and gone with with over 550 runs scored on uneven. Unfortunately, we got 5 less than India.
Stand out performance of 130 from Warrington.
