The way this tour is going we would of been better off sending our best U18 side for experience.
Madder did reply to one of my messages last night but he made no sense at all. He thought i was sour on him cos he rested both my players. They've played in all 3 so far. He didn't comment other than to say he will come here and write something. I doubt he will.

Thankfully "Madders 18" are not the top 18 youth from sth africa. There's a few all SA junior sides that would give this team pressure and they are of mixed ages.
I'm confident the upcoming youth are being coached adequately by managers to produce a competitive side although this could be greatly improved with helpful coaching advice and communication between assistants and interested managers.
For instance identifying 16 and 17 yr olds as prospects early and trying to ensure they get good training advice.
A few discussions on training talented and gifted players, triggered talents and match tactics and i think we can get a good team of managers working together...our own sides might suddenly improve too.

undoubtedly, thats where you, or any delegate can discuss directly with the club to try and encourage appropriate upgrades or even help negotiate a transfer to a suitable club, i think there are a few quality academies around the globe. It's all pretty hard work especially when interest is at a low. It can be hard to get a response sometimes and we will have wasted players. work with what we have and we will still improve.
If we can get a few managers involved the workload will be easier. Not every club can afford a great academy and a lot don't notice star players but they can scout SA, I'm sure peoples can come up with ideas to encourage that.
