Not as comfortable game as I was hoping for, with a large number of top order bats saving fatigue and in the end it took a massive contribution from the not overly batting talented de Klerk (42* off 40) to support the middle order to the decent tally of 292/6 on a flat-humid. The bats who did a job were Pretorius again (73 off 82), Kowalick again (47 off 56) and a great little effort from the keeper Chibhabha (52* off 44 - especially notable as he's a wee bit tired having played game 3 as a specialist bat).
The defense centred around closing down their chase at the end, with 2 OBBs making life difficult in their innings' closing stages. 4 apiece for van Vuuren and Scheepers closed the game out for a 32 run win.
Final game puts us against the as yet unbeaten Kenya. No realistic chance of us passing them on the table as they've a substantial NRR advantage, but there's pride to play for, and that matters...
Even tho scheepers no longer plays for me, this was pretty cool for me, the 10 wickets all came from player pulled from my academy, de Klerk even starred with the bat!
Van vuuran has a pretty impressive nat average
