Opening game of the tour was in Slow/Sunny conditions and we faced Zimbabwe U20.

Zimbabwe U20 won the toss and opted to bat first.

Their openers made a flying start and our bowlers were generally expensive for the most part.
Contributions from all their batters got them a good score of 292/7.
Rehan Javed picked up 3 wickets but Mufasir Munir was our best bowler with figures of 10-0-49-2.

Our batters tried their best with some good contributions but we could not overhaul the tough target.
Awais Akmal was our top scorer with unbeaten 80 but he could not stop us from losing by 37 runs.

Awais Akmal is also our Player of the Day.

Played UAE U20 in Dry/Sunny conditions.

Once again we were hoping to win the toss and bat first, but UAE U20 won it instead and had the same idea as us.

Their openers gave them a solid start until the introduction of Aftab Shariq into the attack, who got figures of 10-2-37-3 and kept things really tight.
A couple of valuable lower order partnerships got them to 252/6 which was a good total.

We lost early wickets in the chase but Almar Daraz (46), Aleem Shanullah (44), and Bilal Zahid Ramadan (43*) fought back to keep us in the hunt.
Despite their valiant efforts we succumbed to a narrow 3 run loss.

Player of the Day is Aftab Shariq for his wonderful bowling.

Won the toss and batted first.

Openers gave us a decent start and with the middle order providing good support we were able to post a total of 218/6.
Almar Daraz top scored with 49, Mujtaba Makhdoom scored 47 and Aleem Shanullah chipped in with a useful 44*.

Netherlands U20 gave their team an amazing start with a 116 run partnership and even though Mufasir Munir picked up 4 wickets, we slumped to a 5 wicket loss which also dashes our promotion hopes.

Player of the Day is Mufasir Munir for his figures of 8.5-0-33-4.

Won the toss and batted first.

A horror show by the batters left us reeling at 128/9 before a heroic 59 run partnership between our tailenders Mufasir Munir and Rehan Javed managed to get us to 187, both top scoring with 32* and 29* respectively.

Our bowlers gave a decent effort, chipping in with regular wickets, but their opener Ronnie Roberts managed to hold one end with a solid 94 which helped get them home with 4 wickets to spare.
Batting heroes Munir and Javed also picked up 2 wickets each and they are also our Players of the Day for their all-round efforts.

Once again we won the toss and batted first.

We had a horrible start and kept losing regular wickets. Awais Akmal was the top scorer with a gutsy 58 and once again our last wicket had a good partnership to try and get us to a decent total as a result of which we finished with 163/9 courtesy of 38* from our Fast bowler Taslim Mujtaba.

We got 2 early wickets but couldn't capitalize on that as England U20 had a 127 run third wicket partnership which took the game away from us and we lost by 7 wickets.

Player of the Day is Taslim Mujtaba for his batting, getting a wicket and a runout.

This brings another disastrous ODI tour to an end for us and we will be doing all we can to come back stronger next season and compete for promotion.

We had also missed out on T20 World Cup but we have earned promotion to Division 2 despite having the weakest team so that is our positive this season.

We need you all to help by pulling and training Pakistan youth players.
If you do not have a good youth academy but have a promising player, then please consider selling them so that someone with a better academy can take better care of them as currently there are only 3 Pakistani teams with a youth academy better than superior, of which one is mine.

First game of the tour was against Zimbabwe U20 in Slow/Sunny conditions.

Zimbabwe U20 won the toss and elected to bat first, and our New Ball Bowler Shahnawaz Rashid gave us a great start with a couple of early wickets.
Our bowlers kept things tight and picked up regular wickets, but it was the Aftab Shariq show as he got figures of 9.3-3-21-5 and they were all out for 151.

We lost a couple of early wickets also during the chase but Fawad Afridi (44 not out) was involved in a couple of good partnerships, 70 runs with Sardaraz Soomro (52), and 58* with Iqbal Subhan (23*) which guided us home to a 7 wicket win.

Up against Sri Lanka U20 in Sticky/Cloudy conditions, we won the toss and elected to bat first.

We had a solid opening partnership and the middle order chipped in with useful runs as well. Things quickly went downhill from there as we slipped from 124/3 to 131/8, after which our tail managed to survive for around 10 overs and contributed a useful 46 runs, 25 of which were scored by Farouk Kumar. Anwar Bhutto top scored with 36 and we managed to score 179 all out.

Bowlers provided us with a fantastic start, led by 3 early wickets by debutant Imran Khan. A period of consolidation followed with a 69 run partnership for their 4th wicket, but the bowlers came back well and picked up regular wickets after that. Their last pair made us slightly nervous with a 20 run stand but we managed to close the game out for a 19 run win.

Player of the Day is shared between Taslim Mujtaba and Imran Khan for their 3 wickets each respectively.

Ireland U20 won the toss and bowled first in Sticky/Cloudy conditions.

Once again our openers provided us with a solid start and our middle order fell cheaply, but unlike yesterday our lower order made some great contributions with Imran Khan top scoring with 59* and Aftab Shariq scoring 25, their efforts leading us to 213/7.

Our bowlers started well but Ireland U20 lower order also gave their team a chance with some crucial partnerships and took the game close, but fortunately we were able to recover and close the game out for a 16 run win.

Player of the Day is shared between Imran Khan for his crucial 59* and Aftab Shariq for his 25 and 2 wickets.

Final match vs Netherlands U20 was on Slow/Humid

Winning the toss and batting first did not work so well for us this time as our batters struggled today and we only managed to scrape to 184 all out, with Iqbal Subhan top scoring with 31.

Our bowlers tried hard but the opposition batting was too good for us as we were only able to pick up 4 wickets.

Player of the Day is Farouk Kumar for scoring 22 and picking up 2 wickets.

Overall 155,613 166,005

Despite the loss today, we still promoted as we won 4 out of 5 matches and it was a very successful tour as we were outrated in all our matches, so thank you for supporting us.
