I have tried that plus mailing everyone inviting to come over here but for some reason we have hardly any visiting.

I really wish we have more involvement.

A sad ending for the Team after a commendable effort by reaching semis.

Unfortunately we had both bad day and facing a beast in same game where we never got going except for few brief moments.

MOM Kadiwala and his partner in crime Tamakuwala only 2 Ars in the team did turn up for the match along the star bat Grover apart from that we had a unlucky to start off with both openers getting run out and none of the bats holding their fort leaving ARs to take us to a total where we can atleast fight.

Then 2 key bowlers of the day gopal and Vaholiya never got their lengths right across match leaving us in trouble despite the fight from Kadiwala and Tamakuwala.

Thanks for the support guys and Thanks to all the players trainers for giving us such brilliant squad we fell short at semis justifying the No.1 rank and top squad Australia move ahead leaving us behind a brilliant ends here for us.

Now we are going to take a short week gap and regroup to plan for our promotion from DIV 3 in OD

Well done Dileep. Though our previous tours weren't impresive, this was!

Hope to see more like this. Good luck :party

we had another Bad day at office and eventually miss out the WC marginally being on same points with USA for 12th spot but will be placed 13th due to the lower div, apologies for not extracting better output from the wonderful team you guys train and give me, despite some continued success in T20.

Hard luck. Match results are something that is not in our hands. But I'm unhappy with how the NAT players are managed, I feel management should have been a little proactive and kept an eye on players training and fatigue.

I recently bought a player who is a part of NAT squad and his fatigue was 'Listless' (75% training penalty) when I bought him. Adding to the disillusionment that player was from our very own NAT assistant's club.

Hope to have these things addressed in the coming days.

Cheers.

It needs to be good enough to atleast qualify for the World Cup,which India failed to do for the first time...

Agree we had too close miss though, a win in the last 2 games would have taken us to WC though but after a good start to the series lost both games and promotion.

the game that hurt our chances most was in this seasons first OD series where 13 chances approx were dropped by the keeper and that game was against USA who went onto qualify for the WC ahead of us being in higher div.

That's okay for me Dileep. Please be a little careful about Player's training and Fatigue. Take help from your assistants to track it.

Hello,

Krishan Chakraborty

16y0w | 24 890 rating | 862 $ wage

Left hand batsman | Right arm Medium
Talents : Skilled (Batting)
Nationality : India
Form : reasonable
Fatigue : rested
Experience : dreadful
Captaincy : capable

Skills
Batting : ordinary
Endurance : poor
Bowling : poor
Technique : average
Keeping : average
Power : ordinary

Advice please. My academy is excellent. I think I'll start with Fielding until capable. Then Power until capable too. But should I train him Keeping-Batting, or only Batting?

Thanks in advance for your answers.
