A great result yesterday. 265 from my youngsters on that pitch was a big total. House was the star with 119 not out from 99 balls. That made the bowling more or less a formality. Westerveld had the best figures with 4-29 but a special mention must go to Bruce who got 3-15 in his final game for the club.

always thought we were underdogs today and so it proved: Result - lost by 9 runs. To be honest a pretty good effort in the end, but 201 was just too much to chase in these conditions. De Jager did well for his 68, definitely some positives to take from the game. Fortunately we have an easy game next week against Inchigeela
