we haven't half recruited some stinkers these past couple of years, but we have at least promoted to Div 4 for the first time ever.

It's 2nd (me) against 3rd (them). However, I'm safe and I'm not going to win the league so it's a bit of a look into about 2 or 3 seasons in the future. We're definitely not going to win this one.

It's another 2nd v 3rd clash but I haven't picked my best team (although it's not far off) so I'm expecting to lose.

D. Combs (lf) 4-0-14-0, R. Glenn 8 (13b), A. Saitoti 22 (38b)
End of over 8 (7 runs) - Castle Rock CC(37-0) RR 4.62

Slow pitch and we've dropped a catch early on.

A good win for my side and it looks like we were stronger than I was expecting. Westerveld was the best of the bowlers with 3-34. House scored 57, Schmidt 50 not out, and Schneider 40 not out.

Looks like we'll almost certainly finish in the top 3.

Home to Ruff Royals, won the toss and having a bat on sticky/humid. Think I might need to expand the stadium soon, only 6 short of a capacity crowd today!
