W. Mauger (rws) 1-0-12-1, E. McGhee 26 (27b), R. Fontaine 2 (1b)
End of over 10 (12 runs) - wolfberries(57-2) RR 5.70
Not the worst first ten overs I suppose.

P. Callaway (rfs) 3-0-18-2, S. Dowsing 11 (11b), A. Singh 0 (0b)
End of over 14 (1 run) - Castle Rock CC(92-3) RR 6.57
Uneven pitch. In the balance, I'd say, and it keeps swinging so that it's only marginally in the favour of one or the other of us. They've got wickets in hand but if we can keep them under 140 then we've got a chance.

A. McCutchin (rf) 4-0-23-1, R. Delgado 6 (4b), H. Nettleton 1 (3b)
End of over 20 (6 runs) - Castle Rock CC(135-5) RR 6.75
I think that's a decent effort but it's also a defendable score with some good bowling.

End of over 20 (8 runs) - wolfberries(117-9) RR 5.85
Well that won't be enough with our bowling attack.

M. Bridgman (lf) 3-0-22-0, J. Bass 31 (29b), F. Best 3 (2b)
End of over 10 (8 runs) - Ruff Royals(62-2). 74 runs required from 10 overs. RR 6.20 RRR 7.40
We're struggling and are going to need to accelerate without losing wickets.
Edit: We just lost Bass so Bowers is going to need to see us to victory.

season now up and running after a 6 wicket victory today. struggling a bit with fatigue and had to rotate a bit, but fortunately my opponent rotated even more
still going to be a right slog to try and stay up, but at least it gives us 3 points on the board.

Ruff Royals won by 7 wickets.
I mentioned earlier that Bowers was going to have to lead us to victory and whilst he sort of did, in that he was still there at the end, it was really Best who played the key innings. Best scored a match winning 54 not out and even hit the final ball for 6 to seal the win and his first T20 half-century.

An OKish first twenty by our batsmen, certainly need to up the RR though.

M. Dewer (rfs) 8-0-55-0, D. Ylyett 22 (18b), J. Lord 29 (14b)
End of over 40 (15 runs) - wolfberries(205-8) RR 5.12
Well that's certainly a total our bowlers have a chance of defending.
It took an 49 run unbeaten 8th wicket partnership though to get us to this score.
