Talent suggestion
Don't know what you'd call them but I've thought of 2 possibilities.
A role model type player skilled in form. He always seems to play a little bit better than he looks. Could even be gifted if that meant earning a small amount extra in fantasy points each game. Just skilled would probably do.
Secondly a more studious player who is gifted in experience. He gains a slightly higher percentage of experience each match.
Whats your thoughts?

I think more talents would be great for the game. There's probably a big list somewhere of good ones too.

I’m hearing these two as skilled (form) and gifted (experience).
No idea how complex it would be but I would love more talents.
I kind of group them as three different styles:
In game talents (NBB, opener, triggers, etc)
In game modifiers (skilled (…))
Training modifiers (gifted(etc.)
I’d love to see some talents that relate to aggressions. Ie a big hitter talent who gets a small extra boost when on Attacking etc.
The in game talents might need a review to see if they reflect modern gameplay irl. Maybe a few more OBB quicks and dare I say it NBB spinners.

I would like to see more talents and more of them effected by conditions or aggression etc
Swing more prevalent in humid and/or green
Bouncer more soon hard maybe uneven etc

More talents
Mentee - gains leadership training even when not captaining (I actually think that natural leader should be buffed to include this rather than creating a new talent)
Fickle - form boosts and reductions have a greater effect
T20/SOD specialist - gains a boost depending on the match type

I posted a while ago (looks like it's been archived as it isn't on the forum now) about 'financial talents'. Cant remember the exact details but something like the below. They don't impact the match engine, but instead impact financials.
Showman - increases attendance by x% if he is playing in match
Media Darling - improve sponsorship by y%, regardless of whether he's playing or not.
Local Hero - improves the fan change metric (i.e. so you gain more fans/lose less fans from your fan club each week then you would otherwise).
Selfless - Wage reduced by z% vs an equivalent 'non-selfless' player [could also have 'Greedy' if you wanted negative talents!!!]
The first 3 would have to have reduced impact for each additional players with the talent. So if a squad had 3 'media darlings' then impact wouldn't be 3y, you'd need some sort of decay function for each additional player to avoid getting very big impacts where someone has loads with the same talent.

Limpit - Batting bonus on bowling friendly wickets
Maybe make this topic a sticky so we can keep people's suggestions?
