Later start for T20's (optional)

I was thinking, T20 matches are all over far too quickly. What would be cool, is if we could choose a later start time for T20 matches (obviously with a maximum threshold, maybe two hours later), to be set at the start of the season. Not sure of the complexities of it all but I think it would be a cool option for T20 matches.

Actually Mondays games could be delayed permanently to give more time for setup on Mondays
Tuesday could just follow suit
