transfer commission to original club

I think it'd be nice for a club to receive a very small commission every time any of their scouted players are signed up to a new club. Not an amount that will necessarily make a financial difference but more as token gesture for the club that spotted and recruited a youth with a career.
It'd make tracking an ex squads members career a bit of fun.
