Teams going BOT

It would be nice if the ME could inform all affected managers when a team in their league goes BOT. As there are changes in Fatigue and Ratings, this would allow managers to tailor their orders, i.e. decide to bowl instead of bat, field a stronger/weaker team etc. We had this when I used to play Stumped! and it certainly helped those managers who didn't log in on a regular basis.
