Flavour text on youth recruit screen

I would love to see flavour text on the youth screen - so instead of your scouts searched everywhere it would say:

5k-10k: your scouts searched everywhere and eventually recruited the village idiot
10k-15k: your scouts found a local schoolboy cricketer
15k-17.5k: your scouts were able to find a district representative cricketer
17.5k-20k: your scouts recruited one of the better prospects in the district
20k-22.5k: your scouts found one of the leading youth cricketers in the district
22.5-25k: your scouts found one of the country’s best young talents
25k-30k: your scouts found a potential future international who should be almost ready for youth level pro cricket
30k plus: your scouts found a generational talent who could hugely impact the club
