EOS 63 Changes

It was remiss of me not to post this earlier, but family issues left me short on time.
Bot players are now set to energetic fatigue and average form.
This may be the final change to them, but it will be assessed.
Form reset has been split so non-Nats are set at the EOS, and Nat players are done at the end of the WC.
In the coming week or so
Teams with greater than 30 players in the youth squad will be unable to recruit until they have space.
This will extend to the transfer market soon after.
The teams allowed for a round robin is also increasing to 14, IIRC
And in the office menu will be a link to the YR table once you have already recruited for the week.
