Election vote eligibility

I have noticed there are a number of managers nominated for the elections who have had messages of support from other managers that share the same IP address as the nominee but have not notified the admin team of this situation
Votes from managers the regularly or occassionally login from the same location as an election candidate will not be counted unless full details of these teams are forwarded to the admin team via Help -> Contact Admin Team in-game.
Simply saying 'oh, yeah. he is my cousin/brother/sister/friend/auntie/schoomate/dog/goldfish' after being caught out will not be good enough.
We realise that some people login from University or internet cafes and will make allowances where possible, but a cluster of votes for a manager when the voters login from the same location will definitely attract our attention when scrutinising the election results.
