We want to thank everyone who responded to the survey. We have been looking through the responses and I will give a summary and response here.

How long have you been playing From The Pavilion?

The pleasing thing here is the varied time managers have played that responded. Old and new alike participated in the survey.

Overall, players express a desire for more realistic and varied player development, greater tactical depth, improved financial management, and a more user-friendly interface. The transfer market, youth development, and certain game mechanics also require attention to enhance the overall gaming experience.

RESPONSE
We are aware and had many discussions over most of this. Finances had a big change not so long ago and we didn't want to make more changes without letting it bed down and work out what needed a tweak or direct change to help.
Some people don't like the aging inc players declining after 30 as unrealistic but the game needs that or the young players would never come thru, people already see that as an issue and it will only compound if we let players go on til they are mid to late 30s.
Transfer market also an issue for some but at both ends of the spectrum. Good players to expensive or they don't get enough for their players, that we can't fix but we are always on the look out for a better way. The game needs a good TM to survive, not sure everyone wants to play without one. Final point here the random YR still bug some people and unfortunately that is unlikely to change at this time.

Overall, we understand peoples frustrations and genuine desire for the game to improve. We will continue to do what we can in that space.

Overall, players appreciate the game but see opportunities for growth in accessibility, game play depth, community interaction, and more realistic player management systems.

RESPONSE
Again we have spent many hours on many of these things. We have just started to make changes to the ME and will continue to tweak them so we can get the best outcomes as possible. It is a slow process because all the testing in the world doesn't necessarily give you the same outcomes as a lot of varied human input does. We are looking for another coder and even website designer to help us be a little more productive. We all have lives and work to contend with as well as the game. As for an app, we would love it but I have had discussions with someone who does it for a living and it won't be cheap so currently not in the budget unfortunately.

And thanks to everyone who were happy to be contacted by us in the future to discuss your responses. We will work on that in the very near future.

On a final note, we hope many of you will stay on with us as we move forward to improve the game. It has been almost 5 years since we took over and the game has had many additions and changes already. We know not all of them popular but we believe were done in the best interest of the game. We look forward to the addition of new leagues and countries as of this End of Season.
