Hi guys

Overhauled my associate team to go younger ...have the following players who are part of the NAT side or could potentially be in future.

Aidan Donovan (29 yo RF)

John Molony (25yo RHB)
http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.h ... Id=1966344

Callum Murray (25yo RFS AR)
http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.h ... Id=1982121

Anderson Silva (23yo Keeper, Opener)

Ethan Egan (21yo RHB BH)

Any thoughts on how to train them ...pls let me know. The younger chaps are still some seasons away, I know, but still..

Academy is luxurious

3 of those players were trained up in my Affiliate youth academy :)

If you are looking for young Irish players then another one has gone on sale today. He is our first save from the new rule allowing us to rescue NAT prospects in teams about to go bot

player 2010915

Ian Ervine - 24 year old keeper. Also a product of my youth academy.

Haha ...I noticed that ...remember seeing all these chaps in u19 NATS. In fact, one of them came from my affiliate’s academy and is back for seniors :)

Good player ...but I already have two younger keepers, so he’ll not get enough game time. Shall flag off to a couple of other managers who may be interested.

Tough SOD coming up, fancy England and India to promote here.
Will take staying in the division at this juncture, and that's the aim.

A defeat for Kenny and a win from Ronnie, put is in contention for both promotion and relegation.
Been here before with differing results. Let's see how tomorrow goes!

Finished off with a loss today but did enough to avoid relegation on NRR

The next SOD tour will be the vital one for World Cup qualification. Looks like ourselves, South Africa and Bangladesh will be fighting it out for the final 2 spots. All 3 will be in Division 2 for the next tour.

Canada and Pakistan still have a small mathematical chance but it is unlikely as they will be in Division 3

As before the tournament staying up was top priority, but not an ideal tournament for me personally in terms of my 2 games but Ronnie and Paulos both got the wins that got us to stay up.
As Paulos says in the previous post, we have a chance of a world cup, which in turn would signal our continued progression if we qualified.
Onwards to try and improve our T20 position!

Recognize many more players now from their u19 days! Good luck with T20 and the next OD tour. Meanwhile, do cheer the youngsters on in the games this week!
