I got him.
Any suggestions on what to do with him? Keeper or bowler who can bat? Pity will have to waste some of those ratings. I’m inclined to go keeper ...but what do you guys think?

I was watching his transfer and would have bid if the price was lower. I had planned to train him as a Bowler and leave his Batting at ordinary.
Of course that path would have been a waste of his Finisher talent and Keeping.

Thanks KIC, some nice funds to invest.
What to do with this guy........that's a real tricky one. The games first keeper bowler!
I'd go with bowler who can bat a bit personally.

@Paulos, @Al ...is bowler > keeper more a function of what your teams need or do you think he has more room to go as a bowler? I’m just curious since his summary keeping is higher than bowling - but that may be due to where various secondaries are at the moment, I guess.

Re: Season 40 and 33-39 - Ireland Youth Pulls
I guess I have found it easier to get good pulls with keepers than any other position.
My main team is 100% homegrown and the ages of my senior keepers are 30, 26 and 22. The next keeper coming up from my youths is 17 years old. So I know from past experience that I only need to pull 1 good keeper every 4 or 5 seasons but I will take as many top class bats and bowlers as I can get.
I would have been bidding on him with my affiliate which is just a youth farm dedicated to training Irish NT prospects. However I assumed the above logic would still hold for the NT

Exactly what Paulos said I've also managed to have very regular decent keeper pulls.

So I tried pulling a keeper this week and got this chap. The low technique is a pity ...not sure how to train him up. Put on Bat Tech till tech catches up a bit before focusing on keeping?

Bat Tech for me, it's so far out from the batting level.....pity.
Funny after that discussion about pulling keepers!

Yup ...put the other chap on fielding so that I can go bowler or keeper later ...and decided to see whether I get a keeper. This guy is fine but for the tech gap ..hopefully most of his spares are there. Let’s see.

LOL ...what is it with me and keepers? I pulled a spinner and got this chap.
Average across the board ...put spinner (leave batting as is) or AR? What do you guys think?
