Youth Recruit message on club page

As per usual during week 0, if I go to the academy page, it says I can't pull a new youth until Tuesday. However the message at the top ofthe club page says I can recruit a youth player now.
It didn't actually let me recruit: I went through the usual process, but instead of the player appearing,it just reverted to the club page. Think someone needs to edit how the 'recruit' message appears on the club page in week 0.
