Suggestions please.

Should be a good medium pace bowler. I'd go fielding to reasonable (probably get it to capable later on) and then get the bowling up.

Fielding is up to Reasonable. Switching to bowling now.

With the youth team now until 20, I'm wondering whether reliable is now the base target for fielding.

Thoughts?

Why do I have 20 year olds in my youth squad still? Did I miss a change in the rules..?
